Interaction Session of Member(Operation) with PTC Trainees
An Interaction Session with the Member (Operations), Postal Directorate
was organized for the trainees at PTC Vadodara. The session provided
valuable insights into the future vision of India Post, upcoming initiatives
and the Department’s plans for expansion in an increasingly digital and
customer-centric environment.
During the interaction, the Member (Operations) highlighted the
importance of innovation, service excellence, business development and
adoption of new technologies to strengthen the Department’s presence and
relevance. He emphasized the significant role of postal employees in
achieving organizational goals and meeting the evolving expectations of
customers.The trainees gained a deeper understanding of their
responsibilities as future postal leaders and were encouraged to work with
dedication, integrity and a customer-focused approach.
