Interaction Session of CPMG sir with IP Induction Trainees
An Interaction Session with Ganesh Sawaleshwarkar, Chief Postmaster
General, Gujarat Circle, was organized for the IP Induction Trainees at PTC
Vadodara on 23.04.2026. The session provided a valuable opportunity for
the trainees to interact directly with the Head of the Circle and gain insights
into the vision, priorities and future direction of India Post.
During the interaction, CPMG sir shared his experiences, leadership
journey and perspectives on the evolving role of India Post in a rapidly
changing market environment. He emphasized the importance of
professionalism, integrity, customer-centric service, innovation and
continuous learning in achieving organizational excellence. He also
encouraged the trainees to embrace challenges, develop leadership qualities
and contribute actively towards strengthening the image and performance of
India Post.
His motivating words and practical insights inspired the trainees and
provided them with a broader understanding of their responsibilities as
future leaders of the Department. The session concluded with a vote of
thanks and was greatly appreciated by all participants.
