A Demo “Dak Chaupal” organized by IP trainees
A Demo Dak Chaupal was organized at Postal Training Centre,
Vadodara on 20.04.2026 with the objective of promoting postal services
and strengthening customer engagement at the grassroots level. The event
served as a practical demonstration of how Dak Chaupal functions as an
effective outreach platform for connecting with citizens, addressing their
service-related concerns and creating awareness about various postal
products and schemes. Through this initiative, trainees gained valuable
exposure to community interaction and practical aspects of public service
delivery.
To enrich the learning experience, dedicated service counters for
Aadhaar, My Stamp and PLI were established on the campus. Trainees
observed the live functioning of these counters and gained practical
insights into customer handling and operational procedures. This hands-on
exposure enhanced their understanding of field-level postal services and
customer-centric operations.
