A session of guidance and inspiration was delivered by Shri Dineshkumar
Sharma to the Inspector of Posts (IP) Induction Trainees. During the session,

and the evolving role of India Post in today’s competitive environment. He
emphasized the importance of innovation, customer-centric services and

adapting to changing public expectations. He also highlighted India Post’s
strong position and vast network, motivating the trainees to contribute with
