DTS Training for IP Induction Batch
The DTS (Direct Trainer Skills) Training conducted for the IP
Induction Batch was designed to strengthen the participants’ instructional and
communication abilities, enabling them to become effective trainers and
leaders. The program focused on essential training methodologies,
presentation techniques, adult learning principles and interactive teaching
practices. Through practical sessions, group activities and skill-based
exercises, participants enhanced their confidence in delivering training
content effectively. Training also emphasized leadership, teamwork and
professional development, ensuring that newly inducted Inspectors are
equipped with the necessary skills to impart knowledge and contribute
efficiently to organizational learning and capacity building.
