Plantation Drive on World Environment Day
On 05.06.2026, World Environment Day was observed at PTC Vadodara
with a plantation drive aimed at promoting environmental awareness and
sustainability. The initiative was led by the Dy. Director and AD (Admin),
who planted saplings and inspired participants to contribute towards a greener
and healthier environment. Faculty members, staff and trainees actively
participated in the drive and planted various saplings across the campus.
To mark the occasion, a guided awareness session on Mission LiFE
(Lifestyle for Environment) was also conducted. Participants were encouraged
to adopt sustainable and eco-friendly practices in their daily lives. Various
interactive activities related to Mission LiFE were organized, reinforcing the
message of environmental stewardship and collective action for a sustainable
future. The programme was well received and served as a meaningful
celebration of World Environment Day.
