Peer Group Learning Program:
Learning Beyond the Classroom
Postal Training Centre, Vadodara has introduced the Peer Group
Learning Program, an innovative initiative aimed at making training more
interactive, collaborative, and experience-driven. The program provides
trainees with a structured platform to share practical insights, field
experiences, regional knowledge, cultural diversity, and best practices
through daily group discussions.
By engaging with different peers every day, trainees enhance their
communication, teamwork, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
while developing a broader understanding of diverse perspectives.
Supported by systematic group rotation, daily monitoring and feedback
mechanisms, the initiative bridges the gap between theoretical learning and
practical application.
The Peer Group Learning Program reflects PTC Vadodara's
commitment to fostering a vibrant, inclusive and participative learning
environment, where every trainee contributes to and benefits from collective
knowledge, ultimately strengthening professional competence and personal
growth.
