SADHANA SAPTAH AT PTC VADODARA: INSPIRING A

CULTURE OF CONTINUOUS LEARNING

Under the visionary framework of Mission Karmayogi, the Government of
India continues to promote continuous learning and capacity building through
innovative initiatives on the iGOT Karmayogi platform. One such impactful
initiative is “Sadhana Saptah”, a dedicated learning festival aimed at

developing a culture of self-improvement, knowledge enhancement and
professional excellence among government employees.

In alignment with this national mission, Postal Training Centre (PTC),
Vadodara actively participated in Sadhana Saptah with great enthusiasm. The
initiative witnessed wholehearted participation from faculty members, staff,
trainees and administrative officers. Participants undertook various courses on

the iGOT platform, focusing on enhancing professional competencies, digital
capabilities and domain knowledge. The campus reflected a vibrant and
engaging learning environment throughout the week.

To enrich the experience further, a series of academic and interactive
activities were organized. A full-day workshop on Artificial Intelligence

was conducted on 04.04.2026, highlighting the role of emerging
technologies in governance and service delivery. A webinar on Dak-

Karmayogi: Digitalizing the Training Ecosystem was held on 06.04.2026,
emphasizing the importance of technology-driven learning.
