MESSAGE FROM THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR

The start of the year 2026 marked a significant phase for PTC
Vadodara. We successfully inaugurated new PA/SA Induction training
batches, welcoming 390 trainees from across India to our centre. This not only
reflects the growing trust in PTC Vadodara but also reaffirms our status as a
premier training institute within the Department of Posts.
In a historic milestone, PTC Vadodara conducted the maiden batch
of Stenographer Induction Training - a first in the history of any PTC under
the Department of Posts. This initiative underscores our commitment to
expanding training horizons and addressing evolving departmental needs with
innovation and foresight.
Beyond training excellence, we placed strong emphasis on workplace
safety and awareness. A dedicated session on Gender Sensitization and POSH
(Prevention of Sexual Harassment) was organized to promote a safe, respectful
and inclusive work environment, particularly for women employees.
These initiatives reflect the continuous efforts of PTC Vadodara
towards capacity building, inclusivity and innovation, aligned with the vision
of creating a skilled and responsible workforce.
