Celebration of International Women’s Day with
Session on Gender Sensitization and POSH

International Women’s Day was celebrated at Postal Training Centre (PTC),
Vadodara with great enthusiasm and participation from staff and trainees. The
occasion recognized the contributions, achievements and strength of women in
society as well as in the workplace. The celebration highlighted the importance of
gender equality, respect and empowerment of women.

As part of the program, a session on Gender Sensitization and POSH (Prevention
of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) was delivered by Smt. Purvi Pandya, Instructor,
PTC Vadodara. The session emphasized the importance of maintaining a safe,
respectful and inclusive workplace and created awareness about the provisions of
the POSH Act. The session served as a meaningful initiative to promote awareness,
mutual respect and a supportive work environment for all.
